The Preggo Party

Some of my besties are pregnant along with me. We are all due in June minus 1 who is due beginning of August.  We all lived together in the same apartment at one point or another and got married around the same time. So it makes since to be having babies at round the same time😊 2 of them are on baby number 3 as for the rest of us this will be our first. It has been fun talking babies with them. We have come a long way from "do you think that boy likes me" or "I kissed him last night" or the best when there were break ups and we had slumbies and to help mend a broken heart. I love these girls and so happy we stay close.  If only I was I in Utah with them to share all the moments!

She Strikes and Fails

Gypsy, my first child who is a cat, is a great hunter. I actually think Justin started linking her more after she started bringing home dead rats. This one she didn't actually kill before she brought it up to the patio. She climbs up a tree to get to our patio with the rat in her mouth. I heard her playing with it early this morning and when I actually got up to see what she was playing with I see her staring up at our lights. I look up and see a blob, no contacts in, sitting on our string of lights. I yell forJustin and ask him if that is a rat, and yes it is! Now we will have to see if it comes down and she kills it 

Fat hands/feet

The swelling has started! I can no longer wear my wedding ring. I was fine in Utah but Florida is a little too humid. I lasted 6 months with my ring and I have switched over to my mom's old wedding ring.

Sadly I woke up this morning and it's a little tight! I am fearing the closer we get to summer, it's going to be a rough one! 

  

My feet on the other hand are not doing to well! This picture is after I had 3 glasses of lemonade, and was on my feet all night baking cookies for our  girls camp fundraiser. I was almost in tears! I had no ankles and the tops were so puffy! Thanks to Justin who rubbed my feet that night and the whole weekend. I have yet to see my feet like that since. My friends warned me that sugar is not good for swelling, well I now know why. So I am cutting back in my sugar intake. Wish me luck!

6 months prego

The pregnancy bug has hit me and most of my friends! There are 4 of us expecting  our first baby and then I have about 6 friends with baby number 3/4 on the way! Two of my besties and I are due around the same time, one a day after me and another about a month later. It has been fun to talk about babies and strollers and anything that has to do with babies. As one of my friends pointed out we have come a long way from talking about the boys we like to our wedding day, and now a family. I am currently 25 weeks which is about 6 months, 3 more months to go till we get to meet Carter William!!! 

Disney World Where Dreams Come True (and my hubby gives into my pleading)

After a very long and eventful summer I decided that Justin and I both needed a Break, and what better place to relax than Disney World! I will say that this is one of my many perks to moving to Florida. Justin and I both got season passes and have gotten our moneys worth out of them. We both enjoy going and I think he loves to see me light up like a little kid when we first walk into the Magic Kingdom. Being a Florida resident we get great deals on a (cheap)Disney hotel and we normally will bring stuff to make sandwiches and breakfast so things aren't so pricey. With Labor Day weekend I thought it was going to be completely packed, but I think with 4 parks people were kind of spread out which made it for a very nice, but hot and sweaty weekend. We did get caught in a few thunder storms but it was still worth it! We got to meet a lot of new people and relax. Disney is by far my favorite place to go!

Up Date

So I am sorry for any one who is waiting for an update on my blog, I am once again very bad at keeping up on this! So it has become my New Years Resolution to keep this updated once a month. So wish me luck! 2013 Started off pretty crazy. Justin and I did the FL Keys Ragnar and then that flowing Saturday did the Disney World Half Marathon. They were both a lot of fun and we will more than likely do them both again. Before the New Year Justin and I celebrated our 1st Anniversary! We went to the West coast of FL and stayed in a hotel and enjoyed a quiet weekend. It ended with Justin getting sick so we didn't do anything for New Years Eve. We actually both went to bed by 11 and listened to everyone else in our complex ring in the New Year. We didn't mind missing out, I think that means we are both getting old, we also had no friends to celebrate it as well; everyone was out of town. Here are a few pics to some everything up! Enjoy! Also I don't know how to put captions under my photos yet but you can tell what was at Disney World and of course the ones at night are from Ragnar and then the 2 on the beach are from our Anniversary. And I have just noticed that over the past 2 weeks I have gotten most of my tan from being here in FL!
